To avoid dark skin, drink at least eight glasses of water every single day to keep your skin moisturized and help cure your dry skin from the inside out. Whenever you take a shower, you should use with warm rather than hot water. Add a few drops of olive oil to the water. For face, you should not watch more than two times a day by using moisturizing soap or cleansing cream.  Apply moisturizer two times a day to your skin, morning and evening.
